HeartShare Human Services Of New York is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled HRIS Coordinator to join our team and support our human resources functions through efficient management of our HRIS platform.
The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for assisting with HR Systems, Reports, Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, and various internal audits to support changes in the organization and ensure compliance. This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, as well as other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure that the HRIS Team has the necessary support to continue developing and provide key services to all HeartShare Human Services.
